Chrysler Dealership Sales Manager Training
Chrysler Sales Managers completed an annual training to improve their performance and to maintain their certification. After receiving incredibly valuable intelligence about Sales Consultant training, Chrysler Academy partnered with Capital Analytics to measure the business impact of Sales Manager Training on select key performance indicators (KPIs). KPIs included vehicle sales volume, gross profit, inventory turn, productivity, and the dealer sales satisfaction idnex.
ConAgra Foods Foundations of Leadership
ConAgra Foods initiated the Foundations of Leadership (FoL) training program for their front-line supervisors to help unite a company built through acquisition. ConAgra Foods partnered with Capital Analytics to evaluate business impact on a plant and individual basis of their trained and untrained supervisors. Not only did FoL have a strong ROI, but ConAgra Foods received intelligence to improve the program going forward.
Sun Microsystems LearningXchange
Sun Learning Services launched Sun Learning eXchange, a learning portal that supports user-generated content, cloud tags, broad search capabilities, and a social network of experts. Sun Microsystems sought out Capital Analytics to conduct a business impact study to evaluate the effect of SLX use in support of learning.
Sun Microsystems Mentoring Program
Sun Microsystems was considering cutting the company-wide mentoring program to save costs. Sun CLO Karie Willyerd believed in the effectiveness of the program and partnered with Capital Analytics to measure and optimize the impact of this initiative. The study found hard evidence of both individual and organizational benefits to offering a mentoring program.

U.S. Bank’s Learning Services is responsible for learning and development for the Consumer Banking business. Capital Analytics conducted a study for U.S. Bank to measure the business impact of two learning modules in a training program for their branch managers, the Branch Manager Toolbook.
VF Performance Management Process
VF Corporation launched Maximizing Performance, a company-wide performance management system, as part of an overall initiative to build a culture of performance that would ultimately improve company performance. VF partnered with Capital Analytics to conduct a three part study. In stage one, Capital Analytics focused on the performance plan, analyzing compliance and the quality of the plans. This stage one study measured and predicted fundamental building blocks for developing a high-performance culture.
