Capital Analytics’ Client National Grid takes Silver in CLO Learning in Practice Awards
October 14, 2011—Therese Sullivan, Director of Leadership, Talent, and Change Management at National Grid, has won the Silver award in CLO’s Learning in Practice Awards in the Business Impact category. Sullivan and her team partnered with Capital Analytics to isolate the impact of Foundations of Leadership, a development program deployed to the nearly 3,000 first-level leaders who are charged with driving change from the front line.
The Learning in Practice awards, presented annually by CLO Media, recognize the “best and brightest in the learning industry.”

The business impact study revealed improvements in leader performance and reduced turnover.
