Capital Analytics wins Best Innovative Approach to ROI from the ROI Institute
Durham, NC – February 20, 2012 – For almost two decades, the ROI Institute has used its Awards program to honor individuals for their outstanding work in measurement and evaluation, and to recognize exemplary practices in research, design, implementation, and success of the ROI Methodology. The ROI Institute is the leading resource on research, training, and networking for practitioners of the Phillips ROI Methodology.
Capital Analytics was given the award in the Best Innovative Approach to ROI category. This award was given to the individual or organization that shows the most creativity in implementation of the ROI Methodology. Capital Analytics received special recognition for their innovative approaches to data collection, measurement mapping, and isolation analysis specifically with their work with ConAgra Foods. This effort focused upon measuring the impact of a leadership development initiative and provides an important contribution to the critical issue of isolating impact variables when evaluating performance improvement.
“Pioneers like Jack and Patti Phillips have made our impact isolation work possible and we are honored to be recognized by an organization like the ROI Institute.” Gene Pease, Co-founder and CEO, of Capital Analytics.
